Target Audience The most important aspect of your video production is 'know your audience'. Your video must be relevant to your target market. This means your target market must be clearly defined. It's not uncommon for a business to have to refocus and revisit their targeting, especially if it was not clearly identified in the beginning stages of business or maybe consider incorporating or addressing additional markets. It is necessary to find the right balance when defining your target market in a way that causes your audience to recognize that you are talking specifically to them. This often requires companies to narrow down their target market. Once we know your audience we can figure out how to communicate with them in the most effective manner. Questions to address before undertaking production of any video: Who will be watching it? Who are they? What is their mindset? How much information about you or your company do these people already know? What do you want them to know? Once this is clearly identified the video will fulfil its intended objectives and have maximum impact. |
